Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During new book launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Shipping Locations
I ship from Ontario, Canada and currently offer shipping to Canada, the United States, and many international destinations.
If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact me and I'll see if shipping can be arranged.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside my control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact me and I'll do my best to help you work with the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item. I'll work with you to find the best solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Physical Books
All physical books sold through this website are signed by the author and are therefore final sale.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

Your order arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. I'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as I cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks and other digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
All ebooks purchased through this website are delivered securely through BookFunnel. After purchase, you'll receive an email from BookFunnel with instructions for downloading your ebook and sending it to your preferred reading device.
If you experience technical issues with downloading or reading your ebook, BookFunnel's dedicated support team is available to help. They can assist with most devices, including Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, Nook, Android, and more.
If your issue is related to your order rather than the ebook delivery itself, please contact me through the Contact page and I'll be happy to help.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me. I'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate next steps.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
